Terms of Service
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a written confirmation. By booking, you agree to these terms and confirm that the lead guest is at least 21 years of age and will be present for the duration of the stay. Most properties require a 2-night minimum.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the first night. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. Each property uses keyless entry; your access code is sent by email 24 hours before arrival.
4. House Rules
No pets. No smoking inside any property (a $250 fee applies for evidence of indoor smoking). No parties or events. Quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM in accordance with local noise ordinances. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number stated on each listing.
5. Liability Limitation
Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk. My Green Bay Pad is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property during a stay, except where required by law.
6. Property Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during their stay. We may charge the payment method on file for repairs or replacement. Please report any accidental damage promptly so we can address it.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brown County, Wisconsin.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when booking or contacting us — your name, email, phone number, stay dates, and any message content. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics about how the site is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process bookings, communicate with you about your stay, respond to inquiries, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates and our travel guide. We never sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Hosthub to manage availability and bookings and Resend to send transactional and newsletter emails. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services. Payment processing is handled by our secure payment provider.
4. Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality and anonymized analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking and contact records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
